How do I return an item?
We know you'll love our rubber ducks and other products, but understand that sometimes circumstances change or an item needs to be replaced. When this happens, just contact customer service at email@example.com for a return or replacement authorization code; just let us know what your order number is, the specific products you would like to return along with the reason.
We'll then email you back the RMA number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box; we accept returns within 21 days of shipment of standard, non-sale or custom products or orders of items in their original packaging.

Upon receipt, the items will be inspected and a credit to your credit card or PayPal account will be processed within 7-10 business days, less any S&H costs associated with the order. If an item needs replaced, it will usually ship out within 7-10 days.
