• Ordering from SqueakyDucks.com?  We ship to virtually any address in the U.S.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery time frames, and the options will be given to you at checkout.  On most products, we offer three classes of service: Standard Shipping, Fast Delivery, and Expedited, which are scaled based on product availability.  Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of an item.

FREE Shipping

• With orders of $45.00 and greater, Squeaky the Duck will pay for standard shipping!  This discount is automatically taken at checkout, so there's nothing for you to do.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are available if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at SqueakyDucks.com.  Please email or call the number below and one of our crewmembers will be happy to assist you with this modification.   Additional feeds such as price adjustments and shipping charges may apply depending on the situation and circumstance of the return or exchange.

Cancellation of an Order

• As long as an order has not shipped, the order can be cancelled by either emailing or calling the number below.  If the order has been shipped, you may return the items to SqueakyDucks.com for a full refund, minus the shipping charges up to 30 days after the date of shipment.

Shipping Information

• We try to process all orders the day the order is received.  On a rare occasion, a duck may be back-ordered, and therefore the order will be processed once the back-ordered duck arrives at our facility (usually within 5 to 10 days).  If a duck will be out of stock longer than this period, we will attempt to contact you to decide how you would like the order processed.  If an order is broken up into multiple shipments by us to expedite the order to you, additional shipping charges will not apply.  However, if you ask us to break up the order and ship the items in stock for quicker receipt, additional shipping charges will apply and your order total will be affected.
